Fries half full, missing our sauces, the mayo in the other sandwich smelled like bleu cheese, and the actual "cheese" was better compared to tire rubber.

On a trip and just needed some food, ordered big fish deluxe sandwich. Should have gotten a picture but it was not super appealing. Greasy and messy and not very fun to eat. Also ordered a beef and cheddar, I got most of that except the cheddar part as pictured. Fries where kind of greasy and tasted not fresh or something. Dr. Pepper was alright though. Already quite a few miles down the road when I realized all this of course. I am being generous with the second star I think.

Love arby's always! I do have one negative comment for the manager however. When we were eating in the restaurant today one of your workers who was working in the kitchen was sick and coughing. That's not very good!

Grabbed the 2 roast beef for $6 deal. Tasted as good as always. Friendly staff on the drive thru.

Over all it was good glad u have crinkle fries instead of curly fries.

We stopped for lunch. The person taking our order had a hard time understanding what we wanted (which was just no tomato on the sandwich and some ketchup and ranch in the bag.) We got the right order but it felt like a struggle. The dining area wasn't open and since we were from out of town, it wasn't very convenient.

Received one ranch for a 5 piece chicken tender when I asked for extra ranch at the drive thru and at the window. Very frustrating.

Very happy they now have regular crinkle cut fries..not a fan of curly fries. I use to go across the street to McDonald's and get fries then go to Arby's and get a sandwich.
