Had lunch here during a break in the day at Galloping Ghost. Arrived 5 minutes after closing but they still served us to-go, and the food was amazing. Carne asada and picadillo tacos are fantastic, as are the enchiladas. Low, hole-in-the-wall prices for quality better than most around. Give these folks your business. Will be back.

My company had Rubio's Taco Stop cater our Thanksgiving and it was a hit.
This year when we reached our Quality goals, we were treated to another Taco Truck lunch from Rubio's Taco Stop and it was every bit as hot, clean, and delicious. I wish this place was a mile from my house, I would go 24/7

The best tacos I've ever had. Of all the restaurants in Chicago when I visit I come here first. The tortilla shells are so tasty I think that's the secret. They are very reasonably priced also. My wife and I got full taco meals with drinks $22 and that wasn't even a special price.
