Arby's

I've never had bad service or bad food from this location before. The last time the chicken pecan sandwich came out I loved it but today I saw the commercial on TV that the chicken pecan sandwich was back so I went and got it. Very disappointed, it was a small scoop of salad in the middle of bread, it was mostly bread. I'll probably go back because like I said the service and food is mostly good but I won't order the sandwich again.

Just got the worst Arby's meal I've had from the 10743 W National Ave, West Allis, WI location. Both Roast beef sandwiches buns are burnt, left a burnt taste in my mouth, The beef itself was almost as dry as the burnt buns they didn't put the marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks in the bag, My mom's fish sandwich tasted like it was cooked and then reheated she said, her waffle fries were cold. absolutely done with this Arby's, old fries have been an issue for the last 3 visits, and now old sandwiches are the new thing, called to complain, had to call repeatedly for 5 times in a row to get an answer. Manager offered to replace, but honestly who wants another burnt sandwich ? Tried to finish the 1st sandwich couldn't even, the 2nd couldn't even get half down it was so dry and burnt tasting.
