Dunkin'

I don’t understand Dunkin Donuts and this is across the board they don’t seem to understand what products they sell. Asked for a sundae he said we don’t have it. I said sir you have ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream , and a cherry I am looking at all the ingredients. Had to guide him through making a sundae

I have lived in NYC my entire life and customer service has faded and I understand the challenges some parties face. COVID and being understaffed and overworked but when you pay for a service you want a good outcome. The two ladies were so sweet and welcoming, Sharmin gave me such a big smile and a munchin. The woman who made my drink checked the back to ensure she had the proper ingredients. If you dont enjoy Tajin dont order the Magonada. The way she made the drink was well balanced. I will definitely be returning to this location. Cleanliness: Great!

This location is the Lincoln hospital location. The service was great. The guy made my smoothie effortlessly and my bacon grilled cheese on sourdough bread. It was a wonderful experience, but the location is why I say one star for the atmosphere cause it’s crackheads that run the streets at night around the area so be careful.
