Dunkin'

First attempt the dark roast was super watery and the manager recognized this after I pointed out how light the coffee was from the cream. I told them I'll take a regular brew ice coffee instead and then it was made with sugar when I asked for Splenda. Past experiences here haven't been great either.

They redid this place a couple of years ago however there's only three tables and a small round table with two comfortable chairs but when you go in there is usually a woman sitting there putting her makeup on at that comfortable table or there's somebody sleeping there and nobody ever says anything. I definitely prefer the one at the end of Oak Street but they are rebuilding it right now

I stood in line behind a woman who was waiting at the counter to be served before I even entered the store. There was one woman working and possibly someone in the backroom. The woman working eventually took the order of the woman in line before me. She walked off and started on her food which was fine seeing as there was no one else working. She didnt just put the food and come back to take my order, she put the food and waited. And while she decided to cook this other persons whole order another woman behind me came in. This is where the real problem came in, I could deal with the wait but this was absurd. Because the woman behind me spoke spanish, she asked the woman what she was ordering and started fixing it for her before she did it for me. I wouldn't have had an issue if she did this for both of us but she didn't because I didnt look like I spoke the language. Had I been ordering food I would've asked for a name or the manager (she wasn't wearing a name tag) it wasnt right. I should've filed a formal complaint) She should be fired, incidents like that can get places shut down, especially rat hole dunkin donuts that are on every corner you look
