Checkers

Not very friendly, Spent almost $10 for a fish sandwich but when I asked for more tartar sauce I received the response "Dat's extra!". I won't be returning any time soon unless I have no other convenient option. I wanted to give two stars but the food was just actually pretty decent. It would be nice if their employees didn't show up for a pay check, but for a place to work; I have to really blame the manager, for it's they who are supposed to set the standard in all aspects.

If you like slow and sassy drive thru service, eat here. The food is always great. Today, I ordered from the drive thru. The cashier who was taking the order in the speaker had this sassy and rude attitude on how I did not place my order on how he wanted it. Rude! If there is a certain way you want us to place the order, then maybe you should have printed instructions!

Food was great but Checkers Bellwood closed I think the problem was the corner they sat on was bad for restaurant visitors A hazard with right turn lane. Also the food isn't hot enough when you purchase out. Need a new way to make sure burgers are hotter than the Warmer only keeps them warm not good enough.

We waited in line 20 minutes because there were cars in front and behind us otherwise we would've left. Got to the window they still weren't ready with our food. We sat at the window for about 5 minutes got handed our four drinks and was asked to go wait in the lot for our food because it wasn't ready after now 25 minutes. Waited in the lot another 10 minutes and had to go to the window to ask what the hell was taking so long I mean it was just 4 chicken sandwiches and two fries we didn't order filet mignon. There were three workers standing around chatting and all of a sudden they started running around because it seemed they forgot about our order. Finally get it, go to the car and realize that it's wrong got a cheese burger instead of one of the chicken sandwiches I had ordered so had to go back again. 40-45 in a FAST FOOD joint is ridiculous. This was my second time here and the first time I also waited about 20 minutes for my order. This place is trash. By the way I gave it one star only cause I had to.

It was really bad today. She had a new trainee and I waited almost an hour to get my food whike others after me got theirs and even when I got it,it was still wrong not once not twice but three times. The supervisor was nice and gave me some things extra for the inconvenience . Not sure if i wanna go back for a while here😔
