Listen, first of all I'm not sure what they put in that sauce but I had to buy a couple of bottles. The catfish the chicken the slaw the fries....baby, this place did NOT disappoint!!!! I absolutely loved this food! The customer service was on point as well. I absolutely love the food in Chicago and this is why. When I come back, I'll definitely be stopping here always! Oh and you couldn't dine in while I was there and the interior was clean.

The absolute BEST fried chicken I have ever had in my life. So worth driving for. Fries are delicious and crispy without being close to burned. I don’t know how they do it. And, I don’t care how they do it as long as they keep on doing it.

I drive 45 minutes to this location and they did not disappoint. The interior was clean. The staff was friendly and efficient, greeting me right away and taking my order. The food was ready within 20 minutes. They sent a text to let me know. I opened the food right away and noticed the chicken was hot, crispy, and juicy. Once I finished eating six wings, I noticed that I didn't have fries. I went back in and they gave me hot, fresh fries. I will definitely be back!

This is no longer a top tier establishment. Prices are through the roof, & my orders never seem fresh always seem refried / over cooked. Bread isn’t even offered anymore you now have to request and pay a high price for it. Only reason I won’t give 1 star is because the mild sauce still tastes good and it may be good but you guys are scarce with how much sauce you actually offer. Uncle Remus seems like it’s either slowly pushing towards going out of business or doesn’t feel a need of customer satisfaction should matter, either way I won’t return.

Food was good and hot. We didn't order ahead so it was an waiting period. But over all worthwhile to have fresh cooked cat fish and chicken wings.

The service here sucks! I waited 45 mins after receiving my text. Then the lady tells me sorry I missed your order it had been sitting 45 mins. This isn't the first time I've had issues as a fellow business owner if your so short staffed shorten your hours create the space and enviroment for youe employees and customers. Y'all giving black owned a bad name I'm wanna dispute the charge and report yall to the BBB.

This is definitely top five chicken joints. The sauce is always on point you might want to add extra sauce to your order. Can’t get enough.
