Panera Bread

"Kiosk only" ordering allowed note and only pizza and soups but there were bagels in the baskets and no coffee available. The 2 employees arguing in the back about making the order, trash overflowing every receptacle and not a single.clean place to sit to eat. Terrible service and common area....at this point the food quality won't matter.

What started off as a simple croissant purchase ended up with me buying a whole meal. Panera Bread has the unfair advantage of dragging in customers with their great services, clean and friendly environment, and the food caressing your sense of smell. And that was even before I decided to stuff my face with a very delicious salad, French baguette, a strawberry smoothie, a croissant and a brownie. At the end, I ended up licking my fingers unapologetically, as I pinched the remaining brownie crumbs left on the napkin. Panera Bread, I think you have gained a new regular.

I normally really like Panera for their baked goods or an easy lunch, but the experience at this location was not up to the usual standard. All I ordered was a half dozen bagels with cream cheese. Order was placed through one of their touch screen kiosks. The bagels were simply thrown into a huge paper bag with 2 small containers of cream cheese , which was definitely not enough for 6 bagels, the instruction to slice them in half was completely ignored and as we were travelling it was not noticed (my fault I guess for not looking in the bag) until we got to where we were headed, but either way it wasn't done even though it was entered into the order and showed on the receipt. The plastic knife they supplied made the task more work than necessary. So based on the experience at this location. I'm only giving 2 stars.

Lets see. It was 7 bucks for a tiny bowl of soup. The lady in front of me ordered a cookie that was thrown at her and 2 of the employees made out tongues touching in front of me. What the hell is wrong with this place? Dear franchise owner i watched multiple people walk out without ordering because your staff is so low class may wanna fire everyone and start over
