This was my very first visit to Pizza Hut Great options special offers at Pizza Hut St Augustine's Parade Central Bristol good customer service. Road restrictions in the area.!! No displayed disabled parking outside restaurant you will find Multi-storey car park 7 minutes walking distance away.The seating area in the restaurant is made up of many booths given you privacy To order food scan your phone onto the app that's on your table or order with waiting staff suggest if you're a big eater and you want to get your money's worth for £16 go for your choice of starters +any pizza/ pasta bottomless drinks (not alcoholic) access at all times as help yourself to great choice of salad

Visited today for lunch with the family. The staff were great and saved what was a convoluted and at times painful ordering process using the clunky app. The various Covid measures though understandable dramatically change the dining experience. We've eaten at a few places recently and Pizza Hut really don't seem to have got it right. Thankfully the waitress was great and the food good when it arrived and this saved the experience overall.

The manager was absolutely incredible, one of the pizzas were made incorrectly and he remade the whole order. On the walk back to the restaurant we were stopped by someone demanding money and threatening us. Jordan let us stay in the restaurant until the person moved on. I couldn't have had better customer service.

A really fantastic place - made so predominantly by the friendly staff and the super friendly atmosphere there. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel extremely welcome and enjoyed every minute. We decided to come and visit after visiting the Bristol Aquarium to celebrate the birthday of my son and could not have been happier. We had a fabulous buffet and everyone enjoyed themselves having a great time with great food. It was a pleasant surprise to see that Pizza Hut offers a Sunday buffet now. Prices are very good with the Adult Buffet at £10.99 and kids £5.99 or you can go for one of their bundle deals which include a drink and ice cream for £15.99 and £8.99. We all had a fantastic Sunday and a thoroughly enjoyable end to a lovely day for my son.

Not my usual kind if place to eat but went with a group of workmates , pleasantly surprised by a vegan menu card and a good range of choice available, the meal deal represented great value. Service here was a little slow but our server very friendly, well located with excellent transport links. Oh and the food was pretty good too.

Affordable and always good with my allergy problems. Staff always nice. My only concern is that you recipe has changed slightly. I'm not sure if pizza hut is trying to be more upmarket my making their pizzas more runny and Italian-esque (I don't know how to explain it without sounding silly) rather than their crispy more solid(?) consistency. I've sensed this change over multiple restaurants which saddens me because i loved it more before.
