Nando's

The food takes ages. Which I understand when they are busy. But the app gives totally unrealistic pick up times. If it's going to take an hour just tell me so I can wait at home rather than standing outside the store for 55 mins on top of the 15 I waited at home before leaving. Food ordered at 6.55pm App said it would be ready at 7.13pm Food received at 8.08pm Upon arriving home I discovered that they forgot several items and gave us incorrect items.

Went here agter visiting IKEA because it was on the way and we were famished. It was a very pleasant surprise. The place is nice and the staff were super helpful. The portions, especially the chicken, seemed more substantial than at some outlets. All in all a very pleasanteal. Looking forward to going back.

had a great experience at this nandos today. my workplace had a member leaving and we wanted to place a large group order for her last day. we didnt realise it needed to be ordered in advance. the girls still took our order and were lovely/friendly when they easily could have said no. they somehow managed to prepare 12 whole chickens + 10 giant bags of chips for us within 45-60mins. it was fresh and really tasty and there wasn't one error. thank you to the nandos girls (eliza was one of the girls names i think) for providing such great food and service!

I did take away from calamvale nandos 1 year ago. Wasn't happy that time with the quality of food we received. Thought of putting review but didn't. Today again the quality of food we received was not good. 1/4 chicken no added basting as requested, onions in chicken burger was just raw not caramelised at all. When you charge soo much for food you expect good quality. Ordered online went there to pick up but still have to wait another 30 mins.really sad to see the declining service and quality of the food. It used to be my favourite but it's highly unlikely that I will go back.

Never again will I support this store or nandos I understood no cash but card during a pandemic andi get it now but Nandos doesn't understand its illegal not to except cash but what really got me tonight was having to use an app to order while 7 staff were hardly doing anything.Then a staff member telling and elderly man he needs to use the app to order wow excellent customer service not.If customers were smart they would boycott Nandos.
