The best Eggs Benny I have ever had and I eat them everywhere I go, so this is a huge call. The sourdough was fresh and crunchy, good serve of crispy bacon, plenty of spinach, eggs cooked perfectly, and lashings of the most delicious hollandaise sauce 👌👌👌
