We have been to this Arby’s several times and the service seems to be getting worse When you order a sandwich that costs what they do in today’s world I would expect it to be made correctly. Since when does a beef and cheddar come with a smear of cheddar? Barely enough to call cheese on a sandwich? Many will say, I should have checked my order before leaving.. I did the drive through, I don’t eat in my car and opened my order when I got home. And to those if you who say I should check my order, I say where is the quality control? And the pride in doing your job correctly? I don’t care if you are a sandwich maker, Dutch digger and heart surgeon… do your job correctly, have pride in your job or don’t do it and close the doors.

I've always enjoyed going through drive-through and getting my reuben sandwich combo and this time I decided to go in.... The place inside is so filthy I am so sad about that. My shoes absolutely were sticking to the floor everywhere I walked and ketchup and food on the chairs it was just something else. Maybe if the manager reading this could get his cleaning crew to look at some of these things and actually get a good thorough cleaning done. This is how people get sick. I hope this is not an indication how dirty the kitchen is.

I arrived to this arbys i was 11 minutes away i got here just in time before 11pm and the worker said it was closed it wasn’t 11pm so lazy of the workers not wanting to make food for a customer if the workers are lazy don’t work there. Never coming here again the service is also bad I wouldn’t recommend coming here
