0 stars if I could. I ordered the ice coffee special. Asked for cream and sugar plus a flavor like I always do. I get the drink and it had too much sugar. I asked for it to be remade. I get the sorry I cannot do it since you drank some of it. Since when has that became an issue? Definitely not coming back after that. So much sugar in the ice coffee that you probably could have make 4 ice coffees with it. Dont be rude if a customer complains about the drink. Just remake it.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered an iced coffee had to wait for it to be brewed. Then I get a hot 1 and I came at 530 and they had no iced coffee when u have a promotion for iced coffee for $1.50. Will never come back again. Train your employees better

I know they just open their store, but I've never had to wait so long for coffee. Even if there's no one in line there is at least a 10 minute wait for a iced coffee. I am a diabetic, and every single time I've gone they always giving me real sugar. I've called their number several times to complain, I have yet to receive a call. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. First time waited over 10 minutes or more. Second time same waiting time and then when I ordered a decaf coffee I was told I would have to wait till they made a pot. Only one person working both times. Very disappointing

They make pretty decent coffee it's a hit or miss sometimes it is so busy I bypass and just shop at Walmart but usually it is better with a cup of coffee and a bagel or munchkin
