Kfc

I ordered from ubereats today, when the food arrived surprisingly there was no mistakes with my order, and the food was actuality descent, the sandwich is good tho it's not spicy at all, should be renamed to mild sandwich. I like that they sent me all the sauces, the kfc sauce is really good. Biscuits were fresh and the sides were still warm. Good job kfc.

We love the popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and their biscuits. Even the Beyond Meat chicken nuggets taste great! But unfortunately this location is getting worse each time we go there. The first time I ordered the Beyond Meat chicken nuggets over a month ago they were made very well, but ever since, the quality of how they prepare the food is getting worse. The last two times the Beyond Meat nuggets were either over cooked or cooked twice. It caused the nuggets to be dry and hard to chew versus being tender and tasty. And I even found a small piece of paper in the individual Mac n cheese. That was insane! To top it all off, one time this past week no one was handling customers going through the drive through lane. I couldn't go inside to place my order so I had to go to McDonald's to get chicken nuggets instead. They definitely are NOT being careful anymore about their customers or making the food properly!

Last 2 X we have not received the food we ordered or paid for, at the drive up window.. Cause for anxiety . . . again! This time I called and request a Credit for Meal. Th 'They' said they will only give credit for the three pieces of chicken. Not the whole meal! Kentucky Fried Chicken, We are Kind of disappointed. They even repeated order back, yet packed incorrect. Asked for LG. Potato, LG gravy on the side. They packed a single serving potato, with LG side gravy. Plain stupid.
