Ihop

This is what the pancake came out like total false advertisement compared to original picture on menu but I said something and the waitress comment was we only allowed a certain amount which I think is rude so why say a sparkly pancake vs what we got. Anyways she gave me a small cup and look at the difference, so this says it was possible but they were just too lazy to make it right its a disappointment. I also ordered a frozen hot chocolate shake and it was melted. There is a reason why they can't keep owners at this place its the service lack of quality food. It was good but carelessness on presentation shows.

Food was good, not great but better than I expected, I had the steak omlette which was delicious, pancakes were also very good, poured blueberry syrup on then. My son had the chicken fried steak which was not bad but not great either, service was excellent waitress stopped to check on us several times will be going back

I had not been to IHOP in a few years because the last time I visited one in FL the food was not great. This time around the food was delish! Our waiter was super attentive and constantly checked in on us. The food arrived super fast. The location was super clean, there was employee cleaning everything including walls! There was another one cleaning all tables. Restrooms were super clean as well and was surprised to see that the baby changing table had changing pads! I have not seen a business put those in years! I sure will be back and hope you give this place a try!!!

I am fairly disappointed with my experience here today. Since there was no way to place an order for pickup online since I was using a Groupon, I called and placed an order. The person who took my order over the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes, and then hung up before asking for a name or anything for the order. When we arrived to pick up the order about 25 minutes later, they didn’t seem to know about our order. It took them more than 30 minutes to try and figure out if our order had been made and then end up making our order, either again or for the first time, I’m not sure. Multiple staff members didn’t know how to use the Groupon either, so that took additional time as well. When we finally got the order and went home, we found out that the crepes didn’t have the cream, and it only came with two strawberries. I definitely don’t recommend trying to get or use the Groupon for this iHop, and be careful when trying to place orders for pickup too.

I see alot of bad reviews for IHOP but my grandson loves it so I keep ordering and going. On 2/19/22 we went to the Bridgeview location and it was very good. Plenty of staff, friendly and helpful. Place was constantly being cleaned. Food came out and was presented very well. It looked delicious. We had Cupcake pancakes, hash browns, sausage and potato pancakes. Everything was cooked just how we asked and tasted great. We would go back until we have a bad experience.

No curbside employee? Don't offer it!! I placed an order online for curbside pickup. Got an estimated time for pickup and was there on time. After I got a notification that someone will be out with my order, I waited 20 mins. Then I called the number for curbside pickup to check on the order, the lady acted like I was cutting out, the second call she said "can you speak up, I can't hear you" I went inside, my order was on the pickup rack and no employee in the front. Like WTH?? The food was cold already. Lack of responsibility and service.
