I just ordered from Grubhub. The food was old and upsetting. The popcorn chicken tasted hard and like it was sitting out for a while. The gravy to the mash potatoes was clunky. And they were missing a lot of things so the delivery guy had to call me to see what they can substitute for what I originally ordered which was a famous bowl... would not go here again

KFC is usually moist and easy to chew but the chicken here is dry and looks like a day or so old.
The corn was also dry or a day or so old.
The biscuits were dry and hard or a day or so old.
The only decent side was the coleslaw.
Go to Ansonia KFC - they know how to make it right.

This place is the worse. They take there sweet time to get orders done while people wait and they talking with each other in the back. I did a mobile order and came to pick up and my food still wasn’t done. Mind you no customers were waiting!

Shout out to the evening mgr; I got there late to pick up an online order, store was closed but she let me in and took good care of me.

They don't place orders over the phone. Can't get everything you want on Uber eats or directly through their app. What a terrible business practice. Like take my money I want your food. Unbelievable that I have to order in person. What a terrible business model.

Business hours say they close Monday through Friday at 10 p.m. and it's 9:20 pm and the doors are closed, these employees are costing displeasure to the customers and losses to the owner
