One if the N.J.'s hidden gems in plain sight. Fish market Great! Food made to order, Old School Jersey Shore Goodness. Not much better then fresh fried fish made when you order it.

Omg I’m in love! Really down to earth, interior is nothing crazy but such a gem. They might get overwhelmed by the volume at times so get in an island mode and have some patience, it’s worth it!
Get some quick appetizers (crab cake is great, stuffed clams, a sandwich) while you wait for the crown jewel, the soft shell cracker or steamers. Make sure you budget 1.5+ hours, crabs take a while.

When the father was running this store it was great, The live crabs on the counter and baskets ,you paid the price for the right size. Now with younger crew running it, Don't know if it's his sons. They are ripping people off with the price of crabs , Been going here since the late nineties , This summer they had bushels of crabs some high as $ 70 not even 5 points, But the ones that were 65 or 55 all the same size, charging almost same dollar amount. Do not think be going back again it's a shame.

Get there early. Fresh, clean fish and helpful always busy employees.

They say, "Do not judge a book by its cover". That same rule applies with this spot. The exterior is deceiving but inside only the freshest of seafood is sold here right off the boat. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous and seem to enjoy their job and the atmosphere. Try and get there when they open, that's the best bet.

I am not sure about the other products but the claims oreganato were terrible. Mushie like liquid. The size was also disappointing. We didn't eat one of them. Threw them right out.
Now they were willing to refund me if a brought the product back but it was too late.
