What the heck….I’m sorry but whoever pulled this out and put it in the box should have known better. KFC can afford to lose one lousy pot pie, but sending this out to a customer should have been avoided. Also, I ordered and paid for the combo meal and didn’t get my cookie. Horrible job KFC Brewer, Maine

I used the drive thru to order a 3 piece meal, but when I received it the chicken it looked like it was from a pigeon. Tiny, tiny pieces. I brought it back and the staff seemed genuinely apologetic. They not only replaced my meal with much larger pieces, but gave me free sides and cookies to make up for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that. It would have been 5 stars had I not received the miniature meal to begin with...

Powdery potatoes.. burnt Mac n cheese.. it is a shame to work all day and go eat somewhere that doesn't care about the quality of food they make. Soggy chicken that's supposed to be crispy, a cook who almost runs into someone after going to the bathroom and doesn't even say sorry. Oh, and then the employee pictured above who wouldn't give my grandparents the chance to say how bad the service was because he was too busy texting on his phone and rolling his eyes. I've never written a review and his service definitely deserves one.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS KFC WITH DOORDASH. Today was the last straw, I've kept count. 8 times I've ordered from this place and they've gotten my order wrong. Today I ordered 2 popcorn chickens w/ BBQ sauce. I received 1 popcorn chicken with no sauce at all. It's happened so many times that doordash won't refund me anymore because they think I'm trying to pull one over on them. I will never use this KFC, via doordash or otherwise, ever again. Your job is serve the food that people order, it isn't difficult. I understand it happening once or twice, mistakes happen, BUT 8 TIMES?! To a point where someone thinks I'm trying to steal because I've had to request so many refunds. Very disappointing, we need to automate the food industry.

I come here regularly and am always satisfied but tonight I am far from it. I ordered a 5 piece tender box with a side of mashed potatoes. I get home and this is what I get. 3 tenders, two of them are practically half, and a tiny side of fries which aren't even what I ordered. I paid 10 dollars of my hard earned money for 5 dollars of food. Ridiculous.
