Dunkin'

So I’ve waited until a few occurrences to judge this store but you can tell it’s management is horrendously terrible. Out of 5 trips to the store and two DoorDash orders from this store I’ve had ONE time my order correct. Asking for swirls and they weren’t put in (but on the ticket it’s clearly labeled) old avocado toast, trying to fool me with sizing a cappuccino, and sending twice now DD drivers with incomplete orders and YES it’s on the store not the driver to verify contents of a SEALED bag. Management needs to step up their game and provide better training instead of thinking this is just a show up and do paperwork position.

Tried the special edition Valentine donuts 🍩 in honor of the holiday. They were cute. Probably nothing I would order on a regular basis- I'm still a fan of the Boston cream and maple glazed - but fun to head to Dunkin Donuts for an early Valentine date with my husband. One thing that made the visit Jess then five star... They were out of the special winter coffee flavors.
