I drove thru this evening for dinner at 8:30 and was told the kitchen is closed for the last half hour they’re open for business. It’s impossible to get a bite to eat here because it’s either closed early or only serving ice cream. When I have managed to order food, it’s very good.

Service was extremely SLOW. Our car was the only one in the drive thru and we waited 30 minutes for an ice cream order. It was drive thru only but cars were in the parking lot for (pick up?) Orders. While waiting for our order we could see the staff working on many to go food orders. Guess if you are ordering, call ahead. The manager apologized stating he was training 3 people. Hope the service improves when the employees are trained.

Line was long but it was worth it. Staff member apologized for the wait which was nice. Extreme chocolate brownie and Oreo Blizzards are yummy 😋

Well we were disappointed the doors were closed. But we took our posse to the drive-thru even though we were on foot. The lady taking her order was efficient and polite. We got our food in no time and it's just what you would expect from dairy Queen!

The hours listed on Google and on the door say you're open till 10PM, yet when I got there at 8:40 and pulled up to the drive through I was told that yall were closed.The open sign was still on too... If you're gonna close earlier than 10 your posted hours on Google and the door of the establishment should reflect that.

Forgot our order for the past three times we have been here. All we got was ice cream! Our ice cream has consistently been sitting there and melting until we finally get up to the drive through window, rather than being made fresh. Customers seem to not be paying attention and are unfriendly.

Today my son and I were in line at 7:53 p.m., and the order infront of us took 5 minutes to take with only 1 car infront of them and then when we pulled up to order at 7:58 p.m., they said they were closed. They close at 8 p.m.

The staff is exceedingly kind every time we visit. My mom is a frequent visitor and they treat her so well and know her by name which I appreciate. They are patient, attentive, and our orders are always right. We live closer to the other location in town but we come to this one because of the staff. Hats off to management for the good team.
