Subway

I'm not sure if this is subway on Lund Ave. But this is the one I'm rating 1 star!! All others are at least 3 - 4 stars. I got a steak sandwich and the gal who made sandwich was so slow we had to wait 7minutes for her to wait on one person while the gal in the back never came out to help. The gal that waited on me I asked for extra meat and he didn't wasn't even give me the same amount I usually get. She was using a small measuring cup that she made sure was only 3/4 full each time and gave me 3 scoops and charged me Xtra. They charged me 11.50 for one sandwich when they didn't have tomatoes or any other toppings to add to the sandwich! When asked why you don't go buy some more toppings at Safeway they said oh we have more in the back. Lol They wouldn't offer to get us any when we are there customer. I will never go back to this Subway! I'm not to sure about going to other subways if they are going to be like this subway. Warning Health Dept Issues at this Subway trash was over filling on the floor in the front of the store and in the Mens restroom! The toilet had poop hanging on the sides of the bowl and hasn't been cleaned in at least two months by the amount of black calcium deposits built up in the water bowl!

I wasn’t going to say much except that the employees here are extremely patient and polite, but then another review caught my eye, about a sandwich being made incorrectly and the employee telling them “to hop over the counter and make it themselves” That review is very misleading, I was in the store while the gentleman was talking to the customer, what happened is they sent their coworker in to grab a bite to eat for them, and didn’t provide a proper list, so when making a BLT the employee didn’t add tomatoes as they weren’t told tomatoes. He tried to explain to the customer that they do not add anything to the sandwich that they are not specifically told to put on there, which is understandable, I mean the slogan is literally “make it your way”. The employee was being extremely respectful while the customer went on to curse, make a scene, questioning his competence and basically call this poor employee stupid. At the end the employee told him “next time, I would suggest coming down to the store yourself so you can make sure your order is correct”. In no way was the employee telling him to hop over the counter and make it himself.. So all I have to say to that review, is please do not twist the story to make yourself seem like a victim, its unfair and cruel, most of these employees are great, this subway has become my go to stop after work, they’re polite, friendly and efficient.
