One star for cashier, nothing for management. Called to let them know that I became violently sick from their food. I was nice letting them know to watch their temperatures. I was given an argument. Food was not wrapped all the way left on bottom of bag,so that was one taco could not eat. Cold food. I have eaten here before it was good, but definitely something has changed. Very, very bad experience. Management needs to go back to class for customer service skills.

I'm sure stop this place normally does a really good job especially considering the amount of tourists that come through on a daily basis but my experiences because I forgot my chips for my chips and cheese order and when I came back and got the chips they did give it to me but they also forgot my cinnamon girls which I did not notice until I was already gone there for I did not get them and I don't want to pay the gas to go back and get them so I'm just going to lose out on that but other than that good experience class service good food

We loved their new veggie bowl!!! Everyone was so friendly to us and the service was so fast. I believe it is one of the of the cleanest in Branson and the restrooms also!!! For fast foods we will definitely be back!

At 1am there is only one Taco Bell that consistently delivers a great product and it's the Shepherd of the Hills location. Are merit based employee micro bonuses a thing??? We call them Tips where I'm from.

I love taco bell not sure if these guys are half working half sleep. I asked for a specific order here then when I came inside to let these guys know that what I odered was incorrect they handed me a random bag without the correct items in it. After jumping huddle and hoops i just left very unprofessional.

Every single time I go here, they mess up my order and I have to go back and get it remade. The tortillas are undercooked and cold. The chalupas are rock hard and you will chip a tooth. The employees there don't care, some do but not a lot.

Charging over $2 for a taco it's only worth about a dollar you don't have half the product that you have on your list and your water it was nasty had to go throw it away and just have ice and they need air in there that will make the workers happy

Fast service, good food, great customer interactions and polite employees. I never expect much at Taco Bell but it was great at this location. I wish the locations where I live (St Louis) were like this one
