Best Starbucks costumer service ever. I came at 6.09 am and they were so friendly, helpful, polite and professional.

Today I had my heart set on a treat from Starbucks from the moment I woke up! I got a delicious Oat Milk Matcha Latte and went on with my day... well about 15 minutes into the day. My shopping cart hit a pothole and my drink turned completely upside down. It seems like things have been coming one after another lately and I was ready to turn around, go home and cancel the whole rest of the day. Instead I did something I would normally never do, and went back to get another one. Nadine at the Branford Starbucks without hesitation during a busy morning rush made me a new, delicious matcha in less than 2 minutes. Nadine, thank you for your kindness today. Yes, it is just a Starbucks drink. But in a world lacking kindness and understanding, making you air on the side of worst-case-scenarios and i-give-ups, it is people like you who truly make all the difference in life. One of the busiest locations in the state. If you see a long line, skip it because you'll be waiting at least 10 minutes. I typically do a mobile order so my drinks are ready ahead of time. Staff is friendly and competent and the interior has been newly renovated. Oh and the drinks are good of course!

The crew was extremely busy and from my understanding they were short staffed due to call outs. Some of the customers were not very understanding. I witnessed a customer throw her bank card at the cashier. The staff handled themselves with class and grace!! So professional and even apologetic to the rude customer. The team did a GREAT JOB UNDER PRESSURE

Top notch service. The baristas remember me which is so nice given I only do mobile orders! They’re also really quick and great at what they do. Never have an error in any order I’ve placed.

My mom has a super high maintenance drink. This team of baristas was awesome and patient when I ordered it a few days in a row. The manager was great too!

Staff is always friendly. I'm not sure of the barista's name but I order an iced chai tea latte and one always responds "sure! I can CHAI to do that for you!". Silly, but it makes me laugh. They're fast and do their best to keep the line moving in the morning.

Great place to work or study. Long tables with power strips under then, great wifi and comfortable chairs for reading
