Great staff, great burgers, fries, and shakes, good quality every time.

I visited 5 Guys in Branford on RT. 1. The restaurant is clean and ordering was quick and easy as usual. I was surprised to hear that my cheeseburger and regar fries and drink order was going to be over $16! Although the burgers are good and fries are cooked well, I felt the value was very off. The burgers seem smaller these days and the regular fries cup is smaller. Although they always give you more fries on top of your order, everything is downsized these days. I certainly won't be visiting 5 Guys in the future as the price has gone up and the portions have gone down. Possibly a more fair price for what you get might earn my business back.

Went to Five Guys for the first time in well over a year. The burgers were okay, the fries were good, but very small portions. I ordered 2 small fries, they barely filled the cups and very little extra in the bag. Considering the price, very disappointing.
