I had ordered on line with the Subway app.
The process was easy. I requested curbside contactless pickup. The app said my single footling sandwich order will be ready in 10 minutes which was great because I live 10 min drive away.
When I arrived I chose in the app "I'm Here", it replied back "Whoo it's not ready yet, try again in 5 minutes".
I waited another 5 min and repeated previous step only to again get the "not ready" reply .
I went inside the store to see a line of 4 other customers, now I see why my order that was placed 25 min earlier was not ready. But to my amazement my sandwich was in the prep line, so I can now understand the longer than expected wait as there was ONLY 1 employee making sandwiches.
