This kitchen counter is not something a customer wants to see when they first walk in there. There's a salami inside the tuna. The cheese is thrown all into the crab meat. There's cheese wrapper and those small containers for condiments on the side are inside the mozzarella. The two people at the cashier didn't even greet us when we came in....

Tonight around 7:00. My husband stopped to pick up a sandwich for us for supper. There was one young man, a 9th grader from McClaurin that was the only employee there. The store was very busy and this young gentleman was working extremely hard. He was completing order accurately, without complaining, all while trying to maintain curtious, friendly conversation with the patrons. Not sure of his name, but he did above and beyond what is normal received. In a society and time where no one is showing up for work he showed up and showed out. Thank you sir for you commitment.

Lady with her AirPods in caught an attitude with me because she misheard my order and made the wrong sandwich. She smiled and checked out the customer in front of me and then looked at me like I was the worst person alive. Told her I wanted to add cookies to my order and she rang me up and just went to talking to her coworker. Not the friendliest staff.

What’s the point of ordering online for contactless pickup if you’re not going to bring the order out? The app has you check in, tells you the orders done and yet it hasn’t even made. I checked the location twice to confirm I was at the right restaurant. Won’t be back. My parents divorce settlement didn’t take as long as the sandwich took to make. Oop

The people were very rude. I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting on someone to come to the front. My sandwiches were thrown together and my bacon wasn't heated. I was over charged. Instead of the chips and drink being $2.50 I was charged for individuals. Only good thing and the reason I am giving 2 stars is it was buy one get one free
