Tgi Fridays

Chris, our server at the Braintree location, went above and beyond to make sure we had good service and a good meal. The soda I ordered was coming out from the soda gun not tasting right and he went to check on it which was really nice. Food was good, the Cobb Salad being huge and filling with fresh ingredients. The chicken and shrimp platter was good, the geilled chicken was a bit dry, but otherwise flavored well. The chicken wings were on point, definitely would get those again.

It was great until we got the bill. The bartender had one extra beer on it. Unfortunately we didn't see that until after she ran our card. She supposedly canceled that charge and ran the card again after correcting the bill. Well 4 days and 2 phone calls later and we still have both charges on our card.

The service here is horrible. Our waiter came over to us and never introduced himself. He proceeded to rush us to place our orders (we were a party of 10). He got annoyed about us asking him questions about the menu. When we received our food, I was trying to place a to go order and he proceeded to rush me to place the order because he was busy and the only one working in that section. Mind you the restaurant was not busy at this time. The food was ok at best but some of our party's food was cold. My mother in law did not like the sauce on her chicken so she asked for another plate to transfer her food on to because the plate was full of sauce. He couldn't even give her a large replacement plate. He only gave her a small plate and she could barely even cut her food on. The reason he couldn't give her a large plate was because they didn't have enough plates for the other guests! He never once asked if we needed anything else or checked on our food. When he finally came to collect our finished plates there were no excuse me or anything he just reached over everyone. Not only was he unprofessional in his manners he lacked professionalism with his uniform. His pants were down past his butt with his grey boxers showing. Normally I could care less how you represent yourself but grey drawers isn't the side dish I wanted with my ribs.

Went for dinner, sat there for 35 minutes before some guy (didn't introduce himself) guessing he was the manager. Came over and told us the waitress had 6 tables by herself, sorry. Offered no solution at first. Then stated the waitress had 8-10 tables alone. Literally within 30 seconds of the last tally of tables. He then offers us drinks "until the waitress can get back to us" And to top it off the restaurant smelt like they have never washed the floors or fabric in the restaurant. There was dust an inch thick on the sills. The place needs a new manager, a serious cleaning and more help!

Dined around 7:00pm this past Friday with my fiance, my bestie and her husband. We walked in at 7:00 pm was sat at a requested booth table right away. Our server Patrick noticed us immediately and came over and welcomed us to Fridays and introduced himself along with his trainee... Patrick was top notch awesome from beginning to end 💯😁...I have worked in the restaurant bizz off and on for 27 years and I find it difficult to receive from a server the top notch service I give as a server, especially from a chain restaurant, until my visit on Friday with Patrick 😊... from my delicious strawberry margarita to my apps and my entree I was 100% pleased 😁💯 restaurant and restrooms were very clean as well! We will definitely be back to visit Patrick 😁 Bravo!

The wait was entirely too long. The food was both cold and over cooked when I got it. The Mgr was short with me. The waitress who was working thr tables around us was going thru her custs way faster than us. The waitress we had was pleasant but it seemed as if she was new and had no support to help her maintain her custs.
