We attempted to order and they wouldn’t acknowledge us and we were the only people in line for about 5min. They got my iced coffee wrong , didn’t give us a donut , my sausage in wake up wrap was iced cold and the top of my bagel sandwich was completely burnt . Well done Dunkin’

First and foremost I’ve never been so appalled regarding poor service. Due to confusion in the drive through, my family and I decided to go inside to save everyone the headache. Upon arriving inside this establishment we were greeted with loud yelling by the “manager” Lillian assuming us of arguing with the other staff members when in all actuality we came inside to cease the confusion. Thank god for the team member Joyce who saved the day. She greeted us with a smile and fixed our order quickly. Joyce is the epitome of great customer service and she acted as a manager should!

I waited 15 minutes at another Dunkin Donuts and was not even acknowledged so I left and came to this one and was greeted by a bright smiling woman named Dawn so promptly got my order and got me on my way. Five star customer service thank you Dawn!!

Fast drive thru. Great selection. Order was complete and accurate. Parking is adequate. I can see the drive thru line getting difficult to manage during busy times. Parking lot exit is in a strange place (needs better signage) but this was a great visit and will enjoy returning.

Ordered at the drive through for myself and my wife. When we pulled away she noticed that only my food was in the bag. We turned right around and went back to the window to explain. When the nice lady at the window told the cook, he came out and called me a liar. A few times. Really, wow. Never again.
