A great location, good food and beverages and excellent service from very attentive staff. However, the cashier, though fast and efficient and smartly dressed, she looked bored, without smile or any welcoming sign and with abrupt delivery.
Delicious food. I enjoyed it. Most of the staff were good and they were gentle but there were some who didn't even smile. The toilets are kept neat and clean but there is one issue. The toilets are located upstairs and they don't have an elevator. That is hard on old people.
Went to bracknell branch today, staff were friendly,but the food was cold.
My friend sent her food back as the chicken wasn't cooked properly.
Her food retuned promptly slightly warmer, but I wouldn't return to nandos bracknell again.
Good food and great service. They have some vegetarian options. Thankfully they have real vegetarian options and less of those "plant based chicken" nonsense. The ambience was a little off since the phone at the desk was constantly ringing and no one would answer it. Other than that it was a great dinner.
As star rating suggests the food,service and atmosphere was great, food nice and fresh and nothing over or under done, waiting staff polite and will probably be back when I'm in the area again in a few months.
