Dunkin'

This review is for store #705 on Hagen Ranch Rd and Flavor Pict. I used to get coffee 2 to 3 times per week. This store has deteriorated over time. The dining area is always dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. The help is rude and very slow. Most of the time it seems like 1 person in the store.

Constantly having to wait 20+ minutes on simple mobile orders, orders are CONTINUOUSLY wrong, and the workers all have terrible attitudes. Tried giving them One more chance today and my boyfriend was given attitude because he commented on how he wanted an Iced coffee not a hot one, and didn’t have time to wait for a new one to be made as we had to get to work. Terrible customer service, bad location and bad food/drinks. Just goto Starbucks.

The coffee is the worst ever !!! Don’t even teste like Dunkin coffee. I don’t know if they are using the coffee from the night before and serving it but it taste old. I asked the young lady to make it fresh and believe it it taste the same gross. The dining room areas is nasty and food everywhere on the tables. The floor is nasty the back area is nasty. Won’t be back here again. @dunkin you need to come inspect and make sure this one is up to standards Ewwww

Horrible experience. I arrived at 625am and there was 4 people in line ahead of me. After 20 minutes only 2 of the 4 people in front of me were helped. I could not wait in line any longer and had to walk out, along with 2 people behind me. Absolute disgrace and shame on management for running the store so poorly.

I go in to this Dunkin’ on a fairly regular basis. Some days are better than others. But the few most recent times I have gone in, I’ve had to wait 15-20 min to just get a coffee and a donut. Employees have been rude to customers. And today when me and my boyfriend went in, both of our drinks were not mixed and tasted like trash and when given my donut they gave me the wrong donut. All in all, I’d say don’t go here if you have to go to work early in the morning cause you will not make it on time and always double check what they are giving you.
