Dear KFC Employees: Quit your job. Quit now. This location refuses to pay a living wage. They would rather insult and accuse their customers versus pay you enough money to tolerate working a drive through. With higher pay comes more quality workers. Workers who won't forget your napkis, forget your receipt, forget half your meal. Workers won't just hand you a bag saying absolutely nothing. If you paid them more you could hire quality people. Your customers wouldn't be upset. Fkkk you KFC owner at Boynton. Hope you choke on a chicken bone and pass.

I love KFC and this is such an awesome restaurant to buy a chicken sandwich in. I have always enjoyed KFC foods. I ordered the new KFC chicken sandwich for the first time and it was okay. It really didn't have any flair in it. I would prefer a chicken little than the sandwich. I also ordered 2 fries but I only received one of the fries in my order. Overall I'm not used to going to this KFC location and probably won't be going back. I have a KFC closer to my house. Overall I have experienced better tasting item than the new KFC sandwich. I am disappointed that my order was not fulfilled and I didn't get one of the fries that I ordered. The staff was really nice and had masks on which I appreciate the safety precautions they took.

Horrible Boynton bc Congreve ave place a huge order in line close to 70.00 not only did I not get half my order but no one care nor was I given a credit & the new Meatless chicken nuggets was not even sold at this location which I was !! Charged for & not told but yet they took that part of order & my money , young man at this location Eve of feb 8 could care less & u can bet corporate will hear about & pray done if not all of my monies will be refunded as we did not receive Items ! Never again this was for a Birthday dinner & definitely not this location and Maybe never KFC !!!!!!!!! I will let all know !!! Money is hard to come by !!

New drink only available at KFC, Mt Dew Sweet Lightning, tastes kind of like sweet carbonated orange juice; quite different than orange soda, and quite different than other Mt Dew flavors. Reminds me of orangeade. Try it with a touch of Dr. Pepper, and then it's not as cloyingly sweet. New fries are good and FLG sauce is available nowhere else. Delicious, and difficult to describe. Service was quick and food was fresh. Dining room is open, with social distancing measures in place. Unfortunately, the chocolate chip cookies have been replaced with less tasty ones.
