I had the worst experience where I was on my way to work and stopped by to get two feto spinach wraps as well as a vanilla oat milk hot. The employee Sandy asked me the same question three times she had no idea what she was doing and then the other employee her name is she came over and said that she doesn’t have to serve me and refused me service. I told her she doesn’t know what she is doing because I only come to star bucks for the feto spinach wrap and a hot beverage since the vanilla oat milk came out I have been having it hot. The store was not even busy at the time, feel like I was denied service because I’m black.

Look, this location gets EXTREMELY busy during peak hours - mornings when people are headed to work and afternoons when kids get out of school. Having said that, this is my go-to location and overall I have been happy with my experiences. My lattes are usually made consistently and the employees are pleasant. I've had no problem ordering online. I think the biggest headache is with the long lines it's tough to get in and out but it's just because of the location.

Dani was extremely helpful to me, during my drive thru order today! Her recommendation of a chai tea iced latte with brown sugar was exactly what I needed after a long day of work. At first I could not decide on a drink, but once I described my preferences, she was most helpful in finding something right for me. Great experience, would happily return to this location!

Went in to get some hot tea and my visit didn't end well, one of the heavy metal menu sign came crashing down on the top of my foot, puncturing a hole in my skin. Not happy sitting in ER now, my tea should of been given to me out of good will, but l guest those acts of concern don't exist anymore. #hurting
