Taco Bell

My boyfriend just bought me tacos tonight. The request was for no cheese. The two hard tacos were apparently premade with cheese on them. They took the time to push most of the cheese off the taco and served that... Didnt attempt to make them without cheese per the request. First thing I noticed was a few pieces of cheese poking put the sides of both tacos. I opened them to see what sneaky thing they did with my food. I requested no cheese for a reason. It would be one thing to accidentally prepare it with cheese due to human error. I can deal with that as a lapse of judgement. Its a whole different ball game to know it had cheese on it, push it off to try to hide the fact and to serve it anyway. That's intentional. Playing games with peoples food is sick. They have no idea why a person would request certain items to not be served. If the request was too difficult then say you can't fullfil the order. Period. Disgusting behavior. Check the pictures. If you glance at the taco you can't really see cheese. Look a little harder and bam they left plenty of evidence.

Oh man, what to say about this place...Let me first just say I LOVE Taco Bell. This place and the other one in Crofton makes me question why I like Taco Bell to begin with.. Quality control = super disappointing. Check your bag, and bite into the meal to make sure it is what you order...Can't stress that enough.

Went through the drive-thru and asked for absolutely no sour cream, and no ice in my drink. Both were completely ignored, even though I was the only person in line. Like I get it if you're busy and in a rush, but it was at 10:00 at night and nobody was there. Simple things that were just ignored out of laziness.
