Classic Kitchen

Classic Kitchen is the first place I would go to for my Indian takeaway. I often have a chicken Biryani and must say it's probably the best one around. They have the perfect blend of spices without leaving the spices whole like some do. I do understand that the original Biryani blend was made for the emperors of old with whole spices so every mouthful tasted different but personally not a lover of biting into a while spice so well done Classic kitchen for creating such a wonderful dish. The Biriyani is moist enough to eat alone but with the complementation of the vegetable curry too it makes it even more enjoyable. BEST ONE IN TOWN

My son and his girlfriend who are vegan passed Classic Kitchen during the day and suggested it for dinner. Being a firm fan of curry thought it was worth a try, especially as it would accomodate all our tastes. I ordered a Mutton Vindaloo and pilu rice. Didnt disappoint, nice and spicy with plenty of mutton. My son enjoyed his mushroom rice with a vegtable balti, good size portion. Only minor negative is that the Tarka Dal was slightly too liquid, could of done with more consistentancy/thickness, but the ingredients and beans were noted as good. Overall I'm glad that the vegans in our family are happy with a meal, and everyone else could enjoy their meals. Would recommend and we will probably go back when son/girlfriend fancy a curry again. Delivery on-time and good customer service.
