What an amazing place! The food, the chef, the hospitality were all absolutely incredible. I have never felt more welcome and valued as a customer. The chef spoke to us personally and helped with recommendations, he was lovely to talk to, making time for each of his customers. The seafood is beautiful and cooked with genuine love and passion. We will definitely be back and be recommending La Stalla to everyone. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Had the MOST amazing time here with my boyfriend for our anniversary. Food is absolutely incredible. We got the mixed fish grill special to try a bit of everything and it was incredible. It was my first time trying shellfish and muscles and it did not disappoint. Staff were so lovely and attentive, and it’s clear how much love goes into this place. Highly recommend!

By chance booked at this restaurant online, as visiting the area. Very glad we did. Food was fantastic. Very similar to authentic Italian food we had had on our holidays in Italy, and a huge amount for your money. Fish and sea food fresh, and caught locally. Owner/chef very friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth a try, don’t be out off by the outside!

This place is under new management and it’s great. Four of us ate here last night, our waitress was very friendly and informative. Food was top notch. We ordered the fish mix grill, which came with three types of fish (grilled to perfection and super tasty) this also inc a selection of shellfish & shrimp on pasta drizzled in the chefs own pasta sauce, delicious. We also had their prime steak, again cooked to perfection and a good size. We will definitely be going back : )

So good to see that La Stalla has reopened. It's Wallisdown's little secret and I've loved sharing it with friends over the years, so had to go and find out what it was like under new management. And, I have to say, I was impressed. The food was excellent. The chef even came out to explain and show us the difference between the specials - seabass or swordfish. I opted for the swordfish. It was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. My friend had a pasta dish with a 'tasty' sauce. Portion sizes were healthy (see pics). The service was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is being run by the chef, Said, and his wife Silvia. They come from Tuscany and Silvia told us a little about her husband's experience as a chef and their plans for the restaurant. I hope they do well because for a long time this little restaurant was a local favourite, and it would be nice to see it regain it's former good reputation.

I went to la stalla on friday night with my girls. Amazing food, place and customers service. Silvia is absolutely amazing, very kind and sweet, she kept asking if it was all good and if we needed anything. Very clean and nice music, feels like we are in italy 🇮🇹. Chef Said 👨‍🍳 it was so professional, he came to the table and ask personally what we wanted to eat, he made for us a special seafood, it was so tasty 😋 and all fresh. Even the dessert it was so yummy, handmade 🍮. U pay what u get, all fresh and taste so good, u not gonna be disappointed about it. For sure I ll be back, I very recommend guys 🙏

I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. This is an excellent restaurant, run by lovely people, who have passion to delivering a true Italian food. Once we got in ,we were served by the lovely lady named Silvia. The food was so nice and fresh,with good size portion. We ordered calamari ,which was so tasty that we ordered it 3 times. Spaghetti Carbonara, very good. IL Piareti Spaggeti, my son loved it. Fresh sea beam was perfectly cooked and really tasty. Octopus ragu with penne was the top one. My husband had 2 plates ,this is how much he loved it. Dessert were freshly made,and i could tell the difference compared to other restaurants I have been. It was worth visiting them and definitely would go back again.
