Went to the five bells for our Christmas Dinner. The food and service was very good. The staff were lovely and helpful. The music after was amazing well worth a visit in a little village great countryside around so a walk and a stop for a drink after is very appealing.

Walked from Bourne to Edenham in around an hour to visit this pub today and we were not disappointed. There were water bowls outside for dogs and a warm welcome inside from the landlady. We had fish finger sandwiches with chips for lunch and it was excellent! The food was generous, piping hot, tasty and came quickly.
We sat in the beer garden which was clean and well kept. Definitely going again!

Lovely time, only complaint was the number of flies in the dining room. Food was very good, slow service but not a problem as we had a lot of catching up to do

A great pub... As far as I could tell!?!
Apparently it had only been open 2days, after a refurbish. It was nice and big and clean, with a wonderful outside area. The staff/owners were very nice. The only reason it doesn't get a full 5 stars is because they had ran out of the beer that I wanted at the time.

Came here Sunday for lunch with my little boy and grandad, went at 12:30 and didn’t leave until 5. The food was amazing and a great size, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden was busy and a great atmosphere and my son had the best time on the bouncy castle. Will definitely be returning again soon.

New ownership, friendly pub with good staff. Decor could do with a bit of work to make it more “pub like”, food was also decent. Will be going back!

Went today 6th Feb for Sunday lunch. Drinks service was quick but my pint was end of the barrel and had some sediment in it. Food was ok and nicely presented but not fantastic. Service was friendly enough. Unfortunately they had run out of my first choice of desert so I ordered an alternative (apple strudle) but unfortunately this was also served with the cardboard packaging underneath! Highlighted this to staff and they apologised but then awkwardly when it came to paying there were issues with our bill and had they had overcharged us for an extra desert and had actually missed off one of the drinks.
Overall we were slightly disappointed as we had heard very good things about this place. We are hoping it was just an off day and would be happy to revisit
