I just watched a young male employee gash a kids head open and strangle him over a box of white claw. I have trained martial arts for 20 years and I wouldn't use the level of force this employee used unless my intent was to kill. Full force body slams head first into metal shelving, and tile flooring. Then forearm to throat chokes were applied while the would be thief had his face jammed into a rack with his neck canted. At this point he complained about being able to breathe, and I had to let the employee know that this was not worth killing over. He thankfully stopped as my next move would have been to put this foot on that side of his head. A complaint has been filed, but this needs to be known by the public.

Be careful when buying items at this location since they may overcharge you despite the fact that an item is priced on the shelf for lower. I bought two nature bars and was overcharged. When I told them my reciept did not match the shelf tag pricing they told me all the prices had gone up in the store due to inflation-- but they had not changed any of the tags yet to reflect the new pricing. I asked them to honor the price the item was still tagged at on the sheld, but was told by the cashier that "The price it rings up at is the price it is". I requested a refund on the food and once refunded, left for a different store. I have never shopped at a store that did not honor the price tag it was showing on the shelf. It felt scammy so beware when you buy food there to confirm what the price actually is before paying.

There is a short, brown-haired woman there with some seriously racist tones. She is always rude, even to point of accusing me of stealing from a place I frequent. I'm not sure why she's so up-in-arms about working at one of these, but I'm not going through a freaking strip search just to get a honey bun. Rating would probably go up if she weren't there.

I come to this 711 all the time and never have a problem today was very different. Whoever the woman is working today around 3:11 pm was very rude and disrespectful to me. When I called to ask for her supervisor’s name and contact information she gave me the name and then hung up in my face when I asked for the number or how could I reach her.

Classic 7-Eleven joint right here, one of few joints that are open late and not only late but they’re 24/7. Basically the only place to stop by and grab a nightcap. Boulder is pretty limited when it comes to late night options past 10 or 11 PM. There are some rather sketchy characters that come into this joint at those hours but hey that’s just part of the experience of going to a 7-Eleven.

I kinda dont want to give this store 2 stars because the clerks discriminate towards people. If they decide your not looking the part to own such a credit card they will tell you your credit card is declined, even though it definitely hasn't been declined. So make sure youe a white well dressed human being so you can use your credit card, Pretty lame 7-11 i think a law suit will eventually be mafe aginst this store a for doing this to people. Maybe consider shopping somewhere else

This store is just over a block away from where I live, and so I am a regular customer, (particularly in the AM for coffee and a muffin!!), and have been for more than a year. When I first started going there, there were some 'issues', but all of them were resolved successfully, and the current management team is FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend this store!!

The owner of this store, will accuse you of shoplifting and rummage through your purse. And she won't apologize after seeing that she was wrong. She's been doing this for years, and does so even if you shop there regularly and often.
