Overall good experience with friendly staff and nice clean location. I got a to go order and it took longer than I would expect. They are not fast food but expect a bit of a wait. I ordered tacos and they were just OK. Not a lot of flavor and the chicken was a little dry but definitely not bad. I ordered the S'mores bar though and it was to die for! Overall positive experience. They do use compostable options for their to go orders and have a nice patio out back.

Fresh Thymes has offered delicious and healthy food in Boulder for years. I recently dined there for lunch with my daughter. The experience was really disappointing. We ordered a burger cooked medium with a side salad. The burger was well done with no seasoning on a tasteless bun. It was also significantly smaller than burgers we have ordered in the past. The salad had almost no dressing on it. We paid over $19 for a burger we couldn't finish eating (includes the additional fees for a "Restaurant Viability" and "Zero Foodprint" that were added to our bill). Overpriced and very mediocre.
