Ruchi

Mouth watering! Is something I would describe the food we catered from Ruchi. Everyone in the party loved the food especially the starters. Spice level was perfect. We had catered for almost 180 people and there was enough of every dish. All my friends at the party asked for the caterer and said it was really yummy. I would highly recommend Ruchi for any size parties.

I went to pick-up food from Ruchi Indian Restaurant Bothell yesterday (04/28/2021) and I saw another guy complaining about cockroaches in his food. I went ahead and spoke to him and he told me that it was his son's birthday party and he had ordered food for a few folks and they found 3 cockroaches in the food. He also shared pictures with me which I have attached here. A voila moment was when we saw another cockroach on the wall when we were discussing the matter. I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere.

Food was good. Why 3 stars: Ordered via phone. When went to collect the food, the person at the desk said, he never recieved the order. At this point we had already spent 45 mins to get the food. We waited for another 25 mins to get the same food. The same food when recurve via Doordash is done swiftly. I ask the resistant team to fix this issue to not lose customers. If Doordash is the only way, please don't advertise the phone number everywhere.
