Take out order - check your order 5 stars for the Pho, 9P-brisket, tendon, shedded tripe...perfect small portion w/bean sprouts, sliced jalapeño, fresh basil. Pkts sauce included. 1star for seafood fried rice had Maybe 2 shrimp cut up. #6D - 👎 1 star for papaya salad, skimpy shrimp...👎 1 star chicken over cabbage...NO CHICKEN!!! 👎 Total $44...charged too much for the 3 - 1 star orders

The soup had good flavor, but both my husband and I ordered a large, which came with tons of broth and very little meat and noodles (like half of what we've received in a small bowl elsewhere). We ended having to order more noodles and rolls just to get enough food and the total bill came out to $14 /person - a bit ridiculous when most of what we ate was rice noodles and water. Also, the server was nice, but the other staff were weird and not very welcoming. Probably will not go back.

This is a dangerous place!. My family ate at Pho Bothell, and every family member who ate its food got sick. Our 4-year-old son was sick until the next day. If you go to http://www.inspectionsonline.us/foodsafety/wasnohomisheverett/search.htm and search for "Pho Bothell," you will see that the restaurant has 19 Critical Violations on its inspection report in 2013 alone. Among the violations are:<br/><br/>- A handwashing facility is not maintained so that it is not accessible at all times for employee use.<br/>- Employees use tobacco in areas where the contamination of exposed food can result.<br/>- Poisonous or toxic materials are not stored in accordance with the Food Code.<br/>- Food is not protected from cross contamination according to the Food Code.<br/>- Potentially hazardous cold food is not maintained at temperatures in accordance with the Food Code.<br/>- No food thermometer is provided or accessible.<br/>- Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils are not clean to sight and touch.<br/>- Equipment is not cleaned and sanitized between uses with different species of raw animal product as required.<br/><br/>Please avoid eating at this restaurant and be careful not to get yourself or your family sick.

What can I say??? Always a good visit!. The staff here are so friendly and make you feel like one of the family. I go here from time to time with different groups of friends and always they greet you with a smile. <br/>The food is traditional Pho and very fresh and yummy. There is always customers here and there are no negatives I can think of. <br/>Try it and I am sure it will be your favorite in Bothell!

Plain and Boring Tasting. I am American, but we have two Vietnamese friends in Houston (where we once lived) who used to take us to this fabulous trailer where all they made was Pho (that's it- no spring rolls or other dishes). They would work for hours making the perfect broth, and it was always busy and packed because it was amazing and "authentic" according to our friends who lived in Vietnam for 20+ years. It was the only place they would eat. Anyway, Pho Bothell is not authentic Pho. It is plain and boring tasting. Very disappointing. I know what is good, and this stuff is a joke. Pho bothell is like a crappy fast food hamburger and real authentic Pho would be like a Filet Mignon. In a nut shell, if you want flavor, don't go here.

Great food.... The food comes out quickly and is quite good. I have eaten at many pho places and this is not the best, but def still great. Service is okay...not sure how many speak clear english but i dont care as it is very authentic and i doubt an american could do anywhere near as well. sides are good as well as the pho. i always get the pork spring rolls in addition to my pho.
