Subway

I order two subs today. Had my co worker run over to be told its not there. I check my account and was charged 22 dollars. I went over to inquire about my order and she preceeded to tell me my order was due at noon... being that wasn't my name or my order I was confused and showed her my order on the subway app and asked to make sure this was the right store and she told me yes. So I asked about my order and she said I didn't have one. I asked for a refund. She told me she couldn't give me a refund. So I asked to speak to someone else about the situation, she told me no one was there. Like what the hell just going to charge me and not take care of the order. Great customer service. I want my money back.

This place is usually pretty good and the staff are nice. But on more than one occasion we’ve seen where they close earlier than what Google or Yelp shows. Tonight was the worst though. We ordered subs on the subway app and paid. It said it would be ready at 8:05 PM and our card was charged. Google and Yelp both state that the shop closes at 10 PM. We arrived at 8:16 PM and the shop is closed, locked and with no lights on. Clearly they close earlier than advertised. Even the sign on the door says they close at 9:00 PM, which doesn’t even match what it says online! Meanwhile, the app says our order is ready. We double checked the address to make certain we ordered from the right place. It was correct. Now, I have to prove that we didn’t get what we ordered because they closed early. If I don’t get our money back, I will never come here again.

horrible customer service, today we come to buy and there is a little boy and a bigger one. ever since we entered the biggest dark-bearded man was looking at us with contempt,At the time of paying he had the same terrible attitude and threw the rest on the table. I would appreciate that if we come to consume in place, please treat us in a good way since we are consuming in the place.

I went in today on my lunch break and there was a family being served ahead of me and it was a larger order so it took awhile which was fine... I understand being busy. But during this one order as I was behind 1 other person probably 6-7 people came in behind me and waited as well. By the time the person ahead of me went to order the guy said “sorry it’s cash only” after letting us wait forever... like... thanks. I understand systems being down but you could have announced something to the 8 of us standing in line so we could have left as about half of us didn’t have cash. I consistently get poor service here but i never say anything because I’ve been on the other end and i understand being slammed and having bad days. But he didn’t even apologize. Just kind of laughed. Thanks for wasting half my lunch break dude.

I had a weird interaction at this subway on September 16th 2020 around the 3pm localtime. My order is not always available. I am gluten free and it is hit or miss if they carry the bread at any subway. It has been practicularly hard to find since COVID. Today I walked in and waited in line. When the manager, her words not mine (no name tag), started toasting the sandwich before me she called me forward and I asked for a gluten free bread. She said she was out. I asked why when they had plenty last night when I ordered. She told me well yeah it's in the freezer. I asked if I could have one and she said no. I was very confused so I left. There way no one in line behind me. As the guy before me left I asked him if he got the same message and he agreed and was confused as well. I went back and asked for a manager or owner to contact me or me them, she told me the owner was new and she had no way of contacting him. I asked if a manager would reach out and I was told she was the manager. I told her I didn't understand why I couldn't have a gluten free sandwich if she had the bread. She said nothing so I left. Her nose kept falling out of her mask. I found a ride to a different subway. If you are the owner or manager and would like to talk to me about this experience please reply to this post.
