Bento Teriyaki

Service is amazing, owners are always smiling and in good spirits. They are right next to a bubble tea place (Sharetea I believe) and is a nice one two punch for lunch and dessert. By far the best Teriyaki place in town with very reasonable prices. I have been here numerous times and never had a single complaint, only praises.

First time here and will not be going back. The man was very short when speaking to me but so much nicer when speaking to the 2 men that came in after me. I asked if I could sit inside and wait. His response was "do whatever you want". I've read the response to reviews and quite honestly am shocked that a business owner or family would respond to customers this way. It is your job to provide customer service. All those people can't be making up the fact that they had less than friendly service. The man who I assume is the owner, was rude and it really seems like he sees females as the lesser gender. I don't need excuses or to be told I'm mistaken. I know what kind of service I received. During these uncertain times, it might do some good to be thankful to those that give you business, business that allows you to keep your doors open.

From the minute I walked in to the second I walked out, it was friendly service. One comment on this place said that their portions were small for the price they were charging - absolutely not true. I ordered the spicy chicken and it was delicious!! This is the type of place where I wouldn't mind becoming a weekly regular customer. I had no dislikes about the place, the workers, or the food. Give this place a try. (Not pictured is the side salad that comes with the meal).

There are suddenly a lot of very negative reviews in the past week, and not sure why. It’s also suspicious that nearly all of them have only one review on their account. In any case, really good food at really low prices. The customer service is usually good, not perfect, but it’s a teriyaki spot, not a 3-Michelin star restaurant. With the way the world is today, let’s support small businesses, not tear them apart.
