Outback Steakhouse

It was a wonderful experience with a very good friend of mine who wanted to take me out on the second anniversary of my wife's passing. I believe our server was named Barb and she was very kind and we loved her dearly. So nice to sit in a nice atmosphere that was warm with a friend of mine who loved me and wanted the best for me on this night.

The location is kinda hidden but well worth it. The pototoe soup delicious! Point off for location and waitress a bit strong in her character but in the end the food won over that minute issue and here are my pics. I had the 8 ounce filet mignon butterfly cut along with potatoes soup and a ceasar salad.

Picked up dinner from here about a week ago (Queensland chicken and shrimp pasta and a dinner salad) and was so impressed with the quality of my order! The chicken and shrimp were seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the sauce on the pasta was well prepared. It reminded me of when Outback first opened. The quality of their food seemed to go downhill over the years, but they have definitely brought it back to what it used to be. I will for sure be ordering from them again soon.

Had a challenging time getting my order picked up, but I felt a little bad for them. Seemed short-staffed for a New Year's Eve dinner service. The person who brought my food out eventually put the order in the insulated bag I had left in the hatchback of the car, and closed the hatchback. But she didn't close the bag, or tell me it wasn't closed. So the food was cold by the time I got home. One of the sauce ramekins wasn't closed so the ranch had leaked all over everything else in the bag. The blooming onion was so salty and greasy, it wasn't edible. The $15 salad had about a dollar's worth of ingredients, basically a bunch of lettuce with a little bit of other stuff. The ribs were fatty and overcooked. The only thing worth saying anything positive about was the bread. It was good. The rest of the meal was a very sad New Year's Eve dinner. We won't be getting food from this location again.

Went there with our family to have a bday dinner. It was my first time there. Let’s start off with when we called to reserve a table two times they would not take the reservation. That was not nice for us since it was a birthday and we wanted to make sure the birthday man didn’t have to wait. The next thing is the size of the plates. I work in the restaurant industry so when our Pork Shop, Salmon , Steaks and Lobster dinner came out. It looked cheap. The size of the plate was small .The way you present it is very important with the portion and for the price..... just sad. My pork chop was dry and let me just say I had better pork chops even in Asia. I was expecting a juicy good chunk of meat and it wasn’t cheap . Since this is a Steakhouse I expected higher standards . So when driving home I had to apologize to my hubby for bringing the family here and that we can cook better steaks, chops , lobsters and salmon at home. We definitely will not be returning. Giving a 2 star out of courtesy working in the business.
