I ordered extra sauce and I got extra cheese. Just way too much cheese and $25 bucks later. Being from NYC this is the worse tasting pizza on top of the extra non melty cheese. Something about it tasted sweet and it was so dry and lacked flavor. It did come quickly. When arrived I was told $21 when the online order said $20 so I just gave him $26:(
When you're hungry you feel so upset after wasting money. This is the second time my pizza from here is wrong. Last time they charged me more over the phone and stated online orders save money. They pizza was gross and slide apart, was soggy and the cheese quality is cheap if you've tasted quality mozzarella. I tried to order again and now it's another waste.

At First Teacher, right down the street, we depend on Backwoods Pizza for almost every event. Right now, they are providing awesome food and awesome service every Thursday night. for us They are on time, the food is good, and they keep checking in with us to make sure everything is on point. I HIGHLY recommend Backwoods.

I called to place an order just to be put on hold for 20 minutes as the lady who picked up took every order that walked in, called in and came in through cpu!
I could hear the conversations as she would laugh and play with who must’ve been the cook. She NEVER came back on the phone to take my order.
This would have been my first try at this place and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and didn’t even try the food.
Poor customer service skills seems to be the ongoing theme with these pizza places. I may have to switch neighborhoods

I love this place! Shaniece (could be spelled incorrectly) is excellent! Always courteous and professional. She’s polite and very respectful (I’m kinda old so I can be slow lol). The manager, Marcel, is nice as well. Food is good and always arrives HOT. Reasonable prices and wonderful service.

I ordered a 9 piece chicken finger dinner as I do most of this time, only I usually pick it up. I get my order and it has 2 packs of ketchup and no sauce. So I call and they have the nerve to tell me “it only comes with 2 packs of ketchup” and says the owner is here that’s what he said. Smmfh ain’t no way someone is eating a 9 piece and fries with 2 packs of ketchup.

Chicken fingers were bad & instead of replacing or refunding me they tried to justify it! I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN!!!!

Backwoods honestly has a home feel to it ! Once you get to know the cooks and cashiers they definitely try to make you feel special and like you’re eating a home cooked meal all day. They have new rice bowls that are 10/10 !!!! Their steak and cheese subs are out of this world and they have one of the best pizza and the Buffalo pastelitos honestly the BEST in Boston. I would recommend backwoods to everyone !
