Dunkin' Donuts

Coffee was good , order was correct. Bathroom was in horrible shape. Manager and staff members look busy, but are horsing around inappropriate language and yelling is unprofessional. Giving glares and mocking customers. How can this happen with a manager there!! 4? people on shift plus manager!!!! Only drive thru is busy! Only 3 customers in shop,

Horrible service. Was rushed through my order by the person taking it, with no one in front or behind me. The person giving me my food and drinks did not say a single word or even look like he was happy to be alive let alone working. And when trying to make small talk with a different employee she very rudly goes "what are you waiting for" while throwing her hands up at us. Extremely rude will never go back.

The last two days I ordered my coffee here the order has been absolutely wrong. Usually they have it right I don’t ask for anything crazy “medium iced caramel latte with milk” today they almost handed me a large and then when I said medium they didn’t even look at my order and gave me a regular coffee with milk. Trusting they got it right this time I drove off and then tasted the coffee and it was just too strong and the label for what I ordered was wrong. Two days in a row the wrong order not to mention another two weeks ago they did the same thing and got the order wrong. It stinks because I don’t have time to turn around and go in to fix the order because I have to head to work . I just wish I could have a refund or a card to use for the next time I go but I will not be coming back to this location any longer. People ask for crazy orders all the time, mine is not hard or crazy to put together pour in the ice and then the coffee with the milk and add a caramel swirl that’s it.
