I went to Cava tonight and the food was so good. The customer service was amazing, Earl and Angie made the experience great. Definitely coming back again.

Came here on a very busy afternoon and the staff treated me like there was no one else in the store. Jose hooked it up with the chicken and let me try two different dressings before putting them on my bowl. Food was great, service was better. I’ve been to several Cava locations and this is my new favorite!

I got a bowl and it was the best food I have ever tasted. The atmosphere is great and makes me feel like I am immersed in the Fenway. The workers are great and accommodating and I will always come back when I am hangry and looking for good food!

I LOVE IT! I got black lentils as a base, mixed roasted veggies, spicy chicken, spicy and regular falafel, added mixed tomatoes, cucumber salad or salsa, some olives, sprinkled feta cheese on top, and regular and pepper hummus with garlic sauce. Yo!!! Yo!!! 😘
- Pricieeeeeee when customizing your own. Be careful and ask for the price as you select because the price will shock you, lol. I was. Lol.

My first time here, so I was clueless and overwhelmed with options. Ruben and Terence walked me through it and my bowl was delicious. That's because I'm a picky eater. Highly recommend. Delicioso!!

Last night (8/7/2023), I experienced exceptional service thanks to two remarkable team members, Eimy and James. They made the dining experience truly delightful with their warm demeanor. It helped create a welcoming atmosphere, showcasing their dedication to providing a memorable visit. I wish there was more employees, however, considering how busy it was and it seemed like the manager I believe was just sitting down on his phone while there weren't many staff up. There should be possible talk on work ethic as a result of that. I gave the food 4/5 stars because the harissa chicken (which I was looking forward to) wasn't harissaing.

I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they were on top of it! I advised them right when I got up to the front and he changed gloves and hand walked my meal all the way down the line. A little chaotic at the time we went but they handled the crown amazing. Great tasting food as well.
