My second time eating here, being here, and everything is still the same - absolutely superb!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a nice, cozy place to come and have the same great experience with the variety of food, and relaxed atmosphere. Nice cultural music playing throughout the restaurant. Each time I came here I was wanting some grits. The place that I normally go that’s closer to where I’m coming from was already closed.. And it doesn’t even matter anymore because ZAZ doesn’t disappoint! I don’t know what that person who made the comment about their grits was soupy was talking about. It’s still one of the reasons why I came back, the grits. 👍🏽👍🏽for me!

From the bottom of my heart, I can't wait to see a Michelin Star on their door. Everything Bout Zaz and where it is going as a restaurant from soup to nuts is what a restaurant that is consciously looking to change how we appreciate Fusion food for years to come. but its how they serve and grow our community. That is a sight to see. Their food is a concert. an ode to the Caribbean Roots that is genuine and authentic. Your only disappointment is the wait, but it's not fast food and worth the wait. Wherever a person comes to Boston or Massachusetts, any of Zaz's locations should be a restaurant considered.

My friend recommended Zaz restaurant to me. We had been there before, but on this occasion, I had dinner with my family. I'm a Veganite. I eat certain foods and I'm very choosy. I like organic foods and don't eat out much. So I have to like the place for me to eat there. Zaz Restaurant is very clean and friendly. The food is good, delicious. The service is excellent and exceptional. Guess there's something delicious for anyone. 😋

The food surpassed my expectations. I opted for the Haitian rice and beans, chili chicken, and plantains—all of which were delightful. The person who took my order over the phone was incredibly courteous. I'm definitely planning to return as a regular customer. The only suggestion I have is to consider opening another branch closer to Boston, as the current location is quite a distance from me. Despite the distance, I believe the occasional drive is justified by the experience. My main hope is that their food maintains its consistent quality and that their customer service remains unwavering. This initial visit left me eager for more, and I'm looking forward to many future visits.

I must say my experience with Zaz was nothing but professional. I ordered a couple of platters for a bday celebration and they exceeded my expectation. Everyone raved not only about the taste of the food but the presentation. Thank you Camelia for adjusting my ordered when asked if I ordered too much and thank you chef for reaching out personally. Would highly recommend Zaz to anyone looking for a caterer at their next gathering.

This was my first time at this establishment. I attended a birthday dinner while traveling from CT. The food was great, the atmosphere was delightful unfortunately the "personal bartender" was not prepared with the typical requests made by the party. The Only form of payment accepted was CASH or CASH APP for a $15.00 drink in a 9 ounce plastic cup full of ice. Please do better 🙏🏾

I first tried ZaZ on May 6th having a post birthday lunch with some friends and it was delish! My entree I picked was the Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Salmon. The entrees come with your choice of two sides. I choose the Thai Basil Fried Rice and Plaintains. Everything tasted great well seasoned, not to spicy & great presentation! The customer service was just as great! I will definitely come back to try more food and drinks!
