I have been in New England for my entire life and this is the best most friendly Dunkin ever: they usually have LONG lines that move quickly and the employees are always so kind.

I usually come to this dunkins in the morning to get my daughter's pink frosted donut before school. Honestly they have the best friendliest staff in the morning and fast to say the least.

I go here every day and service usually good, standard Dubnkin experience. But there is a woman that works the cashier Jolo or Jola or something that goes out of her way to be rude. I get it, sometimes ppl are having a bad day day, but it’s 100% of the time. Why is she working at front cashier?
Today I ordered a bagel, she grabbed it and starts walking toward me so I asked her to warm it up —pretty standard? She literally rolled her eyes and audibly sighed.
I’m not a guy that jumps on these sites and just complains, but I’m so tired of dealing with her...my wife won’t even go in if she’s there. Please talk to her, I don’t even need her to be nice, just apathetic is fine. Just try not to start my day in such a negative way.
I tried to submit this through the DD website, but she didn’t give me a receipt. So I’m sorry it’s public. I still gave 4 stars.

Evertime I want to go through this drive thru on my way to work I hesitate because the line is so long. However even though to eres about 10 cars ahead of me it moves EXTREMELY fast! I get to that drive thru faster than I get thru others that only have 4 cars ahead of me. Staffs friendly and order is correct at 9 out of 10 times.

Have to say I go to multiple Dunkin Donuts in Boston and have to put up with all different types of attitude But This One took the WIN ! Fast, efficient , very respectful customer service every single time I go . The manager here sure knows what he's doing .

Super efficient drive through... don't let the line scare you away. Service level varies but the food and coffee are consistent with what you're used to at other locations.
