Most mornings South Station is very crowded, when I go there, but service is very quick in the way they manage to attend the customers!

Vilma (sp?) who was expediting orders on Sept 28 just before my train left at 1:45pm was a real hero. I was starving before my train was about to leave and she made sure I got my meal so that I could make my train! Bless her 🙏

I don’t know if I was lucky or too hungry but I ate here twice and the burgers just hit different: hot, juicy, and well seasoned. I haven’t had any bad experience with their service tho

For what it is -- fast food in a VERY BUSY terminal - - it is good. Today I did not have to wait in a long line for a cup of coffee. Friendly, efficient staff. thanks - - you made my day better

It was cool. For what it was, it wasn't too bad. Service was quick and the cashier was sure to smile at me after getting the fork I asked her for. The reviews made me nervous but my experience around 3.30pm on a Saturday really wasn't too bad. Food & service were fine to me.
