Boston Market

First off this review is for the manager so that he can hopefully correct what is going on at this location. Today Sunday 6/24/18 i took my wife, daughter and mother and sister here we picked boston marked out of all of the choices at the mall. First off the entite staff was extremely rude and had the worst customer service skills. They had none of the chicken strips which was heavily avertised all over the signs at the restaurant. When i asked if there was anything else they didnt have he responded yes i think were out of meatloaf too in a mocking voice. They didnt want anything to do with an interuption in their day as 3 employees come out of the back laughing and having a great time as their is a huge line going on. All of the food was not typical of the usual Boston Market it was old and hadnt been redone in awhile. Overall this was a horrible experience and if I had it my way we would have skipped eating here but my family had already decided they wanted to still give it a try. I hope this reaches the manager so that they can correct this issue!
